  1. Subject: Expanded RX and TX range for the ADI AT-200

  7. NOTE!  The first step is the microprocessor master reset 
  8. and will erase ALL memories.
  9.  
  10. 1)  While pressing the Function button (F), turn the radio 
  11. on.  Display will show all figures.  Release the (F) 
  12. button and it will read 145.00.
  13.  
  14. 2)  Turn power off.
  15.  
  16. 3)  Press 3 while turning power back on.  Display will 
  17. read 145.00 again.
  18.  
  19. 4)  Press F and 3.  Display will read 10.  Change ôSTEPö 
  20. to 05 by turning dial one click.
  21.  
  22. 5)  Press F and 9.  Display reads 00.60.  We are now going 
  23. to change it to 30.63 [50].  
  24.  
  25. 6)  While pressing the F button, rotate the dial knob 
  26. about 10 clicks counterclockwise until the display reads 
  27. 30.60.  Release the F button.  Rotate the dial clockwise 
  28. about 7 clicks until the display reads 30.63[50].  
  29.  
  30. 7)  Press F and 3 and change ôSTEPö back to 10.
  31.  
  32. 8) Press F and 0.  Display reads 145.00.
  33.  
  34. 9)  Press 7.  Display reads   .   (period)
  35.  
  36. 10)  Press the numbers 3 0 6 3.
  37.  
  38. 11)  Press *.  Display reads 130.00.
  39.  
  40. 12)  Press F and 9.  Display reads 30.63[50].  Hold the F 
  41. button and turn the dial clockwise about 10 clicks until 
  42. display reads 00.63[50].
  43.   
  44. 13)  Release F button.  Turn dial CCW until it reads 
  45. 00.60.
  46.  
  47. 14)  Press *.  Display reads 130.00.
  48.  
  49. 15)  Turn the radio off and then back on again.  This 
  50. restores the keyboard direct frequency entry feature.      
  51. The modification is now complete.  The radio will now 
  52. receive and transmit from 130.00 to 163.995.  Hint: Use 
  53. the F and Mhz buttons to make large frequency changes.
